5.4 The Participant shall become eligible to participate in the Event as a student, speaker or company representative upon receipt of the second Confirmation. Upon receipt of the second Confirmation, the Participant shall be entitled to use other services provided by the Service Provider at or in connection with the Event, provided that the fees and expenses (collectively, the “Event Related Expenses”) for the Event and/or any other services, whether or not related to the Event, are paid in full and in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. The individual contract between the Parties so entered into in respect of the relevant Event shall remain in force (for a fixed term) until the end (i.e. the conclusion) of the relevant Event.
5.5 With regard to the provisions of Article 14 (2)-(3) of Act XCVIII of 2006 and the fact that the Events organised by the Service Provider are addressed to a professional audience and in the vast majority of cases so-called credit points are awarded for participation in them, therefore, no other persons than professionals involved in the health care sector or in the supply of medicinal products or medical devices may be invited to or participate in them. 6.2 Fees are payable in HUF. In the case of payment from a bank account in a different currency, the bank shall debit the bank account with the amount due in HUF. The amount paid will be accepted in HUF after crediting the bank account, and overpayments or outstanding debts may occur due to the difference in amount resulting from the exchange rate difference conversion, which will be indicated to the Partners in any case during the billing process.
7. Payment terms, invoicing
7.1 A Participant may only participate in the Event and be entitled to use the Services ordered in connection therewith if the Event Fees have been paid in full prior to the Event. Exceptions to this shall be made in cases where the contract signed with the Participant’s designated cost bearer prior to the Event does not provide otherwise with regard to the terms of payment. The Service Provider shall not be obliged to fulfil its obligations arising from the contract relating to the Event in question until the Participant has paid in full the fees and costs relating to the Event for which it is liable.
7.2 The fees and costs related to the Event are always set out in the registration form for the Event.
7.3 The Participant and/or the Cost Bearer may pay the Event Fees by bank transfer. The Service Provider shall send a fee request to the name and address of the Costumer indicated at the time of registration after the processing and acceptance of the application.

Payment by cheque (yellow and pink) and transfer by post are not possible!
If your costs are paid in whole or in part by your employer or sponsor, please indicate the billing name, tax number, address and in all cases the contact person and contact details of the cost bearer on the application form.

After the Event, the Service Provider will issue a so-called Final Invoice using the advance invoices, on which the services ordered will be itemised separately, indicating the fact of the services provided.
The Final Invoice will be issued using the pre-event transfers and the related Advance Invoices, which may be issued with a – Zero, – Payable or – Refundable total, taking into account the actual order and the advance(s) paid.
In all cases, the invoice will indicate the fact of the services provided.
The final invoice will be sent by post or by tele-invoice.
The invoice is issued in Hungarian, but on prior request it is also possible to request a bilingual invoice in English-Hungarian.
Final invoices issued after the event has been completed (date of completion is the last day of the event) can be cancelled only upon formal request (indicating the amount of the invoice as such or not as such, e.g.: company identification numbers, PO numbers, splitting the costs of company and sponsored participants, separate invoices for each participant, separate invoices for each unit, separate invoices for ordered services) and a new invoice can be issued after payment of an administration fee of HUF 5,000 + VAT.
The payment deadline for the new invoice is 8 days from the date of issue of the new invoice.
Invoices can be cancelled and a new invoice issued without reimbursement of costs in the case of invoices issued due to an administrative error by “RÉGIÓ-10” Ltd.
7.4 The Service Provider may limit the services of Participants who, after selecting the bank transfer payment method, have only partially paid the fees related to the given Event. In this case, the Participant will be placed in Participant Dependent status, of which the Service Provider will send a notification.
